Our Vision.
We started Palaver on a simple observation: the industries with the most to lose from a wrong answer were the ones general-purpose AI understood least. Water systems, financial due diligence, government records, compliance — deep, specialized, and unforgiving of guesswork.
Our vision is an enterprise where every AI-generated answer is one you can act on without second-guessing it — because it's tuned to your domain, and because it can prove where it came from. Not AI that sounds confident. AI that's actually accountable.
The principles behind how we work.
We care about how we build together as much as what we build — how we communicate, how we hold ourselves accountable, and how we treat each other on the way to a hard answer.

Curiosity over certainty
We work in domains none of us grew up in — water systems, financial due diligence, government process. So we default to asking one more question rather than assuming we already understand. Nobody's expected to know it all going in; everyone's expected to actually go find out.
Ownership, not hand-offs
If you start something, you see it through — you don't pass it along and consider your part done. That means fewer silos between roles and more people who understand the whole problem, not just their slice of it.
Say the hard thing early
We'd rather have an uncomfortable conversation in week one than a bigger one in month three. Direct feedback, flagged risks, and disagreement are all normal here — the goal is catching a problem while it's still small enough to fix easily.
Small team, wide surface
We're deliberately lean, which means titles are a starting point, not a boundary. Engineers talk to customers, researchers weigh in on go-to-market, and everyone is close enough to the work to have an opinion worth hearing.
Say Hello
to the Team.
A small, deliberately multidisciplinary group — AI researchers, domain specialists, and engineers who'd rather build something that holds up than something that just demos well.
